How do you clean up ( defrag )

 :^  Can someone please tell me how to clean up ( like defrag ) my Mac Book.?? :^
  Or even if there is such a thing for Macbook? This is all new to me, i have always had a P.C.
Any information would be helpful. Thanks.   I have a Mac OSX version 10.5.5

Mac's don't need to be defrag like window's. If you would like to clean up unnecessary files on your mac just get CleanMyMac. I've always used this software so its safe. There is also MacJanitor, I've never used this so do your research.
