Senate sets vote Wednesday on financial bailout
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate agreed to vote on a $700 billion financial rescue package on Wednesday night that will include a sharp increase in the amount of bank deposits insured by the FDIC, Senate leaders said on Tuesday.
