TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Nikkei average climbed 0.6 percent on Friday as hopes that a rate cut by China would help its economy prompted investors to pick up stocks, but a plunge in Panasonic Corp  limited the rise for the broader market.<div class="feedflare">
