NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock futures fell on Thursday as drugmaker Merck &amp; Co Inc's  disappointing outlook fueled caution and investors worried the latest interest rate cuts from Europe may not be enough to slow the fast-moving world economic slump.<div class="feedflare">
