            Learn how to change people or even animal's eye colour using Adobe Photoshop!

You can use Adobe Photoshop CS Versions to do this as well

::Instructions::
1) Get a picture
2) Use eliptical selection/marqee tool
3) Select the eye
4) Enhance-Adjust Colours-Hue/Saturation
5) Use Sliders & Hit OK

Photoshop CS Versions may be a little different, so make sure you look around the toolbars!
