WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Navy is expected to award a $14-billion contract to General Dynamics Corp  and Northrop Grumman Corp  on Monday for eight Virginia-class submarines, according to two sources familiar with the contract, who asked not to be identified.<div class="feedflare">
