NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil futures rose more than $2 on Friday in a light-volumed rally as OPEC's UAE cutting output and the dollar's weakness versus the euro helped lift crude futures after they fell 9.31 percent on Wednesday.<div class="feedflare">
