            New LP get!

Here's some info on the game before we start:

Name: Popful Mail
System: Sega CD
Developer: Falcom
Publisher: Working Designs
Genre: Action RPG/Platformer
Year Released: 1994
Update Schedule: Sporadic, but I'll try to upload 3-6 episodes per week. Consider this a side LP.

Ah, how to best describe Popful Mail? It's an action platformer with some RPG elements that, in no way, shape, or form, takes itself very seriously. It stars Mail, a down on her luck bounty hunter who's only desire in life is to get lots of money. Lots and Lots of money.

The game begins with Mail bungling her capture of the notorious  criminal Nuts Cracker (Yes, you read that right) and feeling rather depressed about her lack of money. However, it appears that another villain has stepped into the picture: The notorious magician Muttonhead, who has a cool 2 million gold on his head!

Some other notes on this LP:

1. I will attest right now that my playing skill at platformers is average to 'GAHAHAHAH'. I'm not one of those LPer types who can magically blaze through platformers with nary a scratch. On the plus side, I usually make snarky comments to myself when I mess up. Let's all laugh! It's schadenfreude!

2. You might find me a bit quieter than usual on this LP. This LP has a lot of voice acting, and I don't like to talk TOO much over it. Plus the whole concentrating and not dying thing, yeah. ;)

3. The LP SHOULD be in HD format. If you can't view it on your computer, normal quality shouldn't be too much of a drop. I'm not fully satisfied with this setup, especially on sound quality, so things may change.

Enjoy!
