DETROIT (Reuters) - Under pressure to raise cash in the face of slumping sales, U.S. automakers General Motors Corp  and Ford Motor Co  on Sunday said they were pushing ahead with attempts to sell Swedish brands Saab and Volvo.<div class="feedflare">
