SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Idaho's governor has proposed a more than 7 percent cut in his state's next budget, along with increases to the state gasoline tax to pump money into road work -- in part to attract more highway dollars from an expected federal stimulus package.<div class="feedflare">
