TOKYO (Reuters) - Nomura Holdings Inc, Japan's largest brokerage, reported a record $3.8 billion quarterly loss on Tuesday, hit by the cost of integrating Lehman Brothers' operations, soured trades and its exposure to Iceland and Bernard Madoff.<div class="feedflare">
