BOSTON (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service said on Tuesday that it was putting General Electric Co's top-tier long-term credit ratings on review for a possible downgrade, joining its rival Standard &amp; Poor's in reassessing the U.S. conglomerate's coveted triple-A status.<div class="feedflare">
