SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Amazon.com Inc on Thursday posted a higher-than-expected quarterly profit and an 18 percent revenue rise, helped by market share gains during the holiday season, and shares of the online retailer rose 8 percent.<div class="feedflare">
