Market opens flat as Bernanke testifies
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks opened little changed on Wednesday after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said the economy could contract in the first half of 2008, offsetting gains from a report showing strength in the job market.
