WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. government is joining two lawsuits against Johnson &amp; Johnson and its Scios unit, accusing the companies of promoting heart failure drug Natrecor for unapproved uses, the Department of Justice said on Thursday.<div class="feedflare">
