WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An Iraqi-born Dutch citizen pleaded guilty on Thursday to conspiracy to murder Americans overseas between 2003 and 2005 by planting roadside bombs targeting U.S. soldiers in Fallujah, Iraq, the Justice Department said.<div class="feedflare">
