NEW YORK/LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Top U.S. movie rental chain Blockbuster said on Tuesday it has enlisted lawyers to help it raise capital and refinance debt, but stressed it has no plans to file for bankruptcy.<div class="feedflare">
