WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Cattle too sick or injured to walk will no longer be allowed to enter U.S. slaughterhouses, the Agriculture Department said in a rule finalized on Saturday, nearly a year after the largest meat recall in American history spurred the change.<div class="feedflare">
