TOKYO (Reuters) - Pioneer Corp  is in talks with Mitsubishi Electric Corp , Alpine Electronics Inc  and Clarion Co Ltd  on a possible tie-up in car navigation and other auto equipment operations, the Nikkei business daily reported on Sunday.<div class="feedflare">
