Ok, first thing that we have two know it’s the reason that we want to buy this house whether if it’s for living there, or to rent the place for others and to get rent, the most popular option it’s for living therefore I will talk about it in the next articles, and it’s not to make you angry,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, investment is important thing that I believe you have to know at least the first basics. 
Now that we know we want to rent this house we need to buy it but how? How much money to pay each month,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, for how long?,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, do I need to bring some money from me?, this are the greatest important questions and this I my answers:
It depend, depending on how much money the house is worth and how much you can get from rent it lets take example: suppose you buy house in 100K that gives you 6K each year (500$ each month) that’s good return never forget you have expenditure like broken window or something like it we have to see that we have 5% of yield.
Now remember that this is Investment, that suppose give us money right away, therefore we have to remember that we have bank payments too and we need to take care that they will not be higher than are rent because than we will lose money. If your rent is 500$ and you have to choose between 10 years of bank payment at 1000$ per month to 27 years loan and pay 400$ we have to choose the second that way we will have little profit each month from our investment after the bank payment, and if the house is empty we lose 400$ each month and not more like 1000$.
Don’t let the 27 years loan afraid you as long as gives you money.
