The Actuality About Fad Diets.
The problem with fad diets is the promise of weight loss just by following an easy principle eg. only bananas before lunch or eat two eggs every day. When you learn about one of these fast fad diets it's only natural to think that it will be the answer to losing the weight easily. It's very tempting to try the new fad especially if the celebs are having great triumphs with it.

First let's look at why these fads don't work.
The instructions in normal diets are very exact, and you have to follow them to the letter in order to lose weight.  Fad diets usually have something very simple to follow.
