AP - A free tank of gas? That's nothing. A West Virginia casino is giving away a tanker of fuel. Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack spokeswoman Kim Florence said one lucky person will win about 9,000 gallons of gas or $15,000 in cash on April 18.
