Points of Failure in Network Marketing MLM...  1./ Selecting the Wrong MLM  Do some research on Network Marketing Company you are going to join. You may find mixed reactions of people involved in this business. Read all reviews, discuss with your sponsors and other expert in this business. The decision to join this business should be entirely yours. Get into MLM companies that you have total confidence in. There is nothing quite as frustrating as trying to promote a product or a company that you don't really believe in. Stick with the winners that has years of success behind them! Choose a company that has the capacity to innovate products fast!  2./ Spending your time with wrong set of people There are 3 categories of people joining this business. The first category joins on good-will relationship. People in close relationships and friends fall in this category. 2nd set of people joins you under pressure. People in this category includes your colleagues in office, business partners etc. The 3rd category includes a mix of people from the above categories and they join you after having a proper understanding of the business concept. These are the people you must invest you time in trainings and grooming further to take up the MLM business. You will have all kind of people in your team. Before you spend your time on the 1st two categories, you must convert them to the 3rd by proper trainings and getting help from your sponsor line. 3./ Rejection in your very first attempt Here's how it happens a lot of times. You join a network marketing company, and you're excited about the possibilities. You start to think about whom you would like to help, and naturally your thoughts turn to your parents. You call them up, go over to the house and make your presentation. It's a beauty. You sit back and relax �� waiting for the grateful appreciation your parents are about to express �� thankful that you've found a way to repay them for all they've done for you over the years. Mother leans forward, about to speak, "So, Mister Big Shot, you're going to make all this money. Don't you remember when you had the paper route and you couldn't wake up in time? Your father had to deliver all the newspapers..." ?You're devastated. Here you're trying to do some good, trying to help them,You are not allowed to view links. This is the time to get to all of your can't-be-a-prophet people. Get them to a one-on-one, or give them the Pre-Approach materials. What you're doing in this scenario is leveraging the credibility you have with your warm market for maximum effect.  4./ Thinking yourself as an expert without undergoing any trainings  You would be an expert in your own profession be it Engineering, medical, banking etc. But considering you to be an expert in network marketing just after joining the business would be a disaster. You are bound to fail big time with this attitude. You must understand that you became an expert in your own profession because of the result of a continuous training program over a considerable period. The same applies to Network Marketing Industry. You must attend all the training programs organized by your company or your sponsors for a solid foundation.  5./ Sticking to the same old strategy in this internet age  Building your business using old Marketing techniques has its own flavor as it is simple and easily duplicable by everyone. But sticking to the same technique in this internet age would leave you far behind those who are adopting the new Internet marketing techniques.  6./ Trying to Sell to everyone  Have fewer quality downlines instead of trying to sell to everyone your MLM Company. Avoid placing all your recruits in your first level. It is better to have only 3-5 quality first level downlines than 500 with no zero people in each leg.
