Keeping the ball in the air: This drill will eventually help your team grow into multifaceted professionals. You will guide the players to form a circle and you will be in the middle of it. Now the players must pass the ball amongst themselves or between you and them. The idea is that the ball should not fall down and remain in air for as long as possible.
