Sanitizer, oil, static blamed in hospital fire

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) â€" A combination of hand sanitizer, olive oil and static electricity likely caused an accidental fire that burned a young patient at a Portland hospital, the state fire marshal said Wednesday.
