Polio, Your Days Are Numbered

Earlier this month a bold challenge was issued: that a new plan would end polio, once and for allâ€"wipe it clean from the planet by 2018. Called the Polio Eradication and Endgame Strategic Plan, the new plan was released on April 11, developed by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, and signed by over 400 experts worldwide. Simply put, the document outlines the key strategies that will finally make eradication possible.
