Sprint Gobbles Up Neighbors Handmark and OneLouder

Sprint has just confirmed its acquisition of app developer Handmark and its social and mobile advertising subsidiary OneLouder. According to the nation’s third largest wireless carrier, the acquired company is located only 20 miles north of Sprint’s headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
