Nigeria Rolls Out 1st Motorcycle - Wants Import Ban On All Others

Developed by National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), the 80cc scooter uses 85% of locally sourced components and resources.<br><br>

Apparently, you can't see it on the only photo available, is that this scooter is a trike. IMHO, it looks like a Honda Cub.<br><br>

Now, the Vice Chairman of NASINE, Dr. Muhammad Sani Haruna, is calling upon the Nigerian government to ban the importation of all motorcycles and scooters so that the national scooter manufacturing industry can be "protected"........... <br><br>
