Nokia shareholders approve Microsoft deal

This means Microsoft is now allowed to proceed with the acquisition.



If everything goes as planned, Microsoft will acquire Nokia Devices and Services early next year for $7.2 billion and Stephen Elop will return back to Microsoft. He is also on the shortlist to succeed Steve...</p>
