Is MSG in restaurant food harming you?

<p>No matter how hard I try eat healthy and clean, I always end up sick after going out to a restaurant â€" and I’m not talking about food poisoning or stomach issues â€" I wake up with symptoms like joint pain, headache and general weakness.
