Since Apple's WWDC came and went without an iPhone, iPad or iWatch, the rumor mill is now moving its predictions for October.

According to an Apple parts supplier and sources close to the matter Apple will release its smartwatch in October (perhaps alongside an iPhone or iPhones) and will aim to produce between 3 and 5 million units a month.

Sources speculate that the iWatch could sport a curved OLED display and sensors that collect data like blood glucose, calorie consumption, sleep activity and blood oxygen levels. The smartwatch could collect biometric data using your iPhone's Touch ID as well.

The iWatch is expected to run a modified version of iOS 8 and we guess it will have Apple's new HealthKit bundle of fitness-tracking apps in tow.
