He/she should have experience in webhosting and is ready to solve problems
He/she should have forums moderation experience

i have a lot of experience in moderating forums (ipb and vb both)

my past experience was You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login where is was a administrator. Now it has shut down

there my main job was to check spam posts because we provided free hosting for forums posts,  do a little bit of server maintainence and pruning of accounts that were exploiting resources.
