During MWC 2025, Tecno announced four new smartphones from the Camon 40 series - Camon 40 Premier, 40 Pro 5G, 40 Pro and vanilla Camon 40. The Premier sits at the top-end with the most powerful chip, better display, cameras and charging.

Tecno even took something from Xiaomi's playbook and offers its Pro model in two variants - 5G and 4G. The two devices are essentially the same, but the 4G variant is suitable for users in emerging economies where 5G still hasn't picked up. Or you are fine with 4G network speeds and you prefer to save a few bucks.
