Samsung changes Galaxy Store revenue share model, offers developers an 80%/20% split

...App store fees are a frequent source of friction between the store owners and publishers. Samsung is trying to lure in new app and game developers and keep existing ones happy by announcing changes to the store service fee.......Starting on May 15, developers will get 80% of revenue, while 20% will go to the Galaxy Store. Currently, the split is 70%/30%. The new split will apply to "all paid apps, including games and themes, as well as consumable and non-consumable in-app items".......For comparison, the Google Play Store has a 70%/30% split, though it charges small developers less – for revenue......
