On Monday, vivo unveiled the V50 Lite 4G and now, just a few days later, it has also announced a 5G version of the phone. It's mostly the same, including the huge 6,500mAh battery with fast 90W charging, but it has a newer chipset with better connectivity.

The chipset of choice is the Dimensity 6300, replacing the Snapdragon 685 on the 4G-only model. It is paired with 8/12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256/512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There is no microSD slot.
