Register or LoginAP - The Labor Department's Consumer Price Index, due out this morning at 8:30 a.m. EDT, is expected to show that consumer prices resumed an upward climb in March due mainly to higher energy and food costs. Inflation at the wholesale level soared in March at nearly triple the rate that had been forecast as energy prices kept rising and food costs posted a much bigger jump than anticipated.</p><br clear="all"/>
