why my offline message dont work

according to that, yahoo might thought i still logged on in some ways so i tried to sign out You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login then sign out yahoo messenger but it couldnt help either

I dont know why, but i can receive offline messages now, its cool. I meant to post the news here earlier but i couldnt go to this site until a friend recommended me to use firefox
