RBS set to approve losses, rights issue: sources
      

LONDON (Reuters) - Royal Bank of Scotland's  board
is due to meet this weekend, industry sources said, to approve
losses as high as 7 billion pounds and a rights issue of as
much as 12 billion to be announced next week.
