SEC brings civil charges against ex-Monster execs

Reuters - U.S. securities regulators filed civil
charges against two former executives at employment listings
website Monster Worldwide Inc  on Wednesday for
allegedly engaging in fraudulent stock options backdating,
according to court documents.
