well as of this time I never heared of free internet browsing using pc or even on mobile phone...and maybe it will only become cheaper the charged in the future because of internet network competition...who knows on tomorrow's to come there will be a $billioner people that will offer us a free internet browsing and as well as chatting...but don't end up there.....

ye actuallly no free but he can steal internet from neighbors and hot spots using his wifi
now adays wirless is everywhere
