Carter: I may be back in Lebanon to follow up on the elections


Beirut- Former US President Jimmy Carter said  after meeting with President Michel Suleiman at the Republican Palace in  Baabda on Wednesday that he hoped the 2009 parliamentary elections would be transparent and take place on schedule.
