Could you please fix the attachment, it seems like its broken

the two links are broken .. how to download the files ?

..boards/index.php/topic,7718.0.html if you look at this.. and at..
this ..boards/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=7718.0;attach=176 you will notice that topic,7718 is writen diferently in attach.. changing "=" to "," kind of works.. but don't.. atlest for me.. it shows that i don't have the permission to download..
