Secure Lebanon's borders via 1701 now says UN Security Council


New York & Beirut - The UN Security Council reiterated on Tuesday its commitment to the full implementation of all provisions of its resolution 1701, which in August of 2006 called for an end to hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah in South Lebanon and mapped out steps for a permanent cease-fire and a long-term solution to the conflict.
